I work at the intersection of business transformation, financial analysis, and succession planning for UK SMEs. My career has been built around helping organisations understand where value truly sits inside their operations.
I have worked closely with family businesses and owner-managed companies, where the business represents decades of commitment, risk and personal identity.
Today my focus is on Enterprise Value and succession readiness within the UK SME market. IM Consulting was founded to make this perspective accessible to owners before they begin an exit process. Because once a business enters the market, the numbers already tell a story. Our job is to ensure it tells the right one.
